All classes at MVO are built around the Lagree method. While pacing and complexity evolve, the principles remain constant: control, precision, and continuous engagement.
Rather than offering dozens of formats, MVO focuses on thoughtful progression, allowing you to build familiarity, confidence, and strength over time.
Each class runs for 50 minutes and is designed as a full-body session. Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure quality instruction, clear cueing, and attention to form.
Recommended for first-time clients
An introduction to the Lagree method, focused on form, control, and confidence on the Megaformer. Slower transitions with clear coaching help clients build a strong foundatio
New Lagree clients are encouraged to attend Lagree Fundamentals at least three times before progressing to Lagree Classic.
The core MVO class
A full-body Lagree class built around strength, endurance, and precise control. Balanced pacing with increased intensity and continuous engagement. Lagree Classic is designed as the core class for most clients.
A minimum of three Lagree Fundamentals sessions is recommended before participation.
Advanced Level
Lagree X is a high-intensity Lagree class designed for experienced practitioners looking to push further. Faster transitions, longer holds, and complex sequences demand complete focus and control.
When the X lights up, everything sharpens.
A minimum of 15 Lagree Classic classes is recommended before participating in a Lagree X class.
