We discovered Lagree while living in the United States and got addicted to it fast. Not because it was easy, but because of how rewarding it felt when we stepped out.
The clarity in your head.
The pride in your body.
The results that stay with you.
It’s the hardest thing you’ll learn to love.
That addiction followed us through London and Beirut, class after class and studio after studio.
MVO was founded by a husband and wife who wanted to bring that feeling home to Limassol, and to do it properly.
As Limassol’s first officially licensed Lagree studio, MVO was built around respect for the method and the standards behind it. This is not a fad. This is Lagree, and it is here to stay, practiced the way it was designed to be practiced.
Lagree is close to our hearts, which is why the studio is named after our one and only: Milo, our French Bulldog. MVO stands for Milo’s Very Own.
This is personal.
This is intentional.
And it shaped everything we wanted MVO to feel like.
Lagree is high-intensity and low-impact, relentlessly precise, and deeply challenging in the moment. But it’s the mindset it creates, the progress you feel, and the feeling that lingers long after class that pull you back in.
MVO is the place where you step under the purple lights and leave everything else behind. The music takes over, the outside world disappears, and focus sharpens immediately. It becomes you against you.
Every beat, every movement, every moment is intentional, shutting the mind off by demanding everything from the body.
For the next hour, nothing exists beyond the machine, the rhythm, and the work in front of you. Somewhere in that hour, you realise you’re doing something difficult, and doing it better than before.
Once you step under the purple lights, you’ll understand why people stay, why this hour becomes the one where nothing else exists, and why they miss it the moment it’s over.
You step out knowing you’re stronger than yesterday.
