There are several public and paid parking options within a 3–5 minute walk of MVO, including a nearby Public Parking. Availability may vary depending on the time of day. If it is your first visit, our team will be happy to guide you through the nearby options.

The MVO Studio is intentionally designed to support focus and intensity. Purple lights set the tone, music drives the rhythm, and every detail is built around your experience.
This is a space where distractions fall away, and attention stays on the machine in front of you.

WHERE TO PARK
Arrive a Little Early
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to settle in, store your belongings, and get familiar with the studio before stepping under the lights.
What to Wear
Comfortable athletic wear that allows free movement. Socks are mandatory. Grip socks are highly recommended for added stability on the Megaformer and are available for purchase at the Front Desk.
During Class
Our trainers guide you through the class, offering cues and modifications where needed. Lagree is challenging, but always controlled, precise, and intentional.
AFTER CLASS
Take a moment to reset, shower, grab a drink, and step back into your day feeling worked, more sculpted, and mentally clear.
