These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MVO mobile application, website, studio facilities, and services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services
Users under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent
By creating an account or booking a class, you confirm that you meet these requirements
Online bookings close 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time
In-studio bookings, where available, may be accepted up to 5 minutes before the class start time and are subject to availability and staff discretion
All bookings are subject to capacity limits and studio policies
You are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared to participate safely
You may cancel a class up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time are considered late cancellations
Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation is considered a no-show
Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the class credit used for that booking
No refunds are issued for late cancellations or no-shows
Classes are booked using credits from single passes, bundles, or packages
All credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Credit expiry periods depend on the specific pack purchased and typically range from 15 to 90 days
Expired credits cannot be reinstated
All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
MVO does not store payment card details
Prices, packages, and offerings may be updated from time to time
Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not affect existing valid credits
Lagree and other fitness classes offered by MVO are physically demanding and require participants to perform controlled, full-body strength movements, including balance, coordination, weight-bearing, and resistance-based exercises.
Our Services and facilities are not designed or equipped to accommodate all physical conditions or mobility limitations. As such, participation may be unsuitable or unsafe for individuals with certain medical conditions, injuries, physical impairments, or disabilities.
By booking a class, you confirm that:
You are physically capable of safely participating in a high-intensity, low-impact fitness programme;
You have considered any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely;
You have sought medical advice where appropriate prior to participation.
MVO reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation, restrict access, or remove any individual from a class where participation may pose a risk to the individual, other participants, or staff, or where the individual is unable to safely perform the required exercises.
Participation is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
You agree to follow all studio rules, instructor guidance, and safety instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
MVO may capture photographs and video recordings within the studio during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes.
Such recordings may be used across MVO’s website, social media channels, digital advertising, and other promotional materials.
MVO relies on its legitimate interest to promote its services when capturing and using such content. Where individuals are clearly identifiable, MVO will take reasonable steps to ensure content is appropriate and respectful.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify MVO in writing at [email protected] prior to or at the time of attendance. MVO will take reasonable steps to avoid capturing or using your image in future materials.
MVO will not sell or license your image to third parties for independent commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MVO shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct
MVO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or opportunity
All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with MVO are the intellectual property of MVO Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without prior written consent.
MVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or studio rules. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused credits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
